At Stranded Hair, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hair extensions provided the hygiene seal remains intact. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.
Check the Hygiene Seal
Before opening your package, verify the hair color and quality through the clear window. Ensure the security seal is unbroken, as opened products are ineligible for return.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging along with your packing slip to ensure your return is identified and processed correctly.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed by our team.
